The LineMetrics Box supports a variety of signals. Analogue signals with 0 – 10V, digital Signals with 0 – 24V and RS-485 Modbus RTU facilitate the recording of data from many machines and signals. The box is configured via the LineMetrics Cloud, programming skills are not necessary.

Easy to set up
As the LineMetrics Box is equipped with a pre-activated SIM card, it only has to be connected to a power supply and it connects itself to the LineMetrics Cloud immediately.
The configuration of the inputs occurs in the LineMetrics Cloud without any programming and with only a few clicks of the mouse – whether digital outputs from SPSs, data from sensor or readings from Modbus devices are being collected.
The LineMetrics Box is an all-in-one package. Ranging from communication and configuration to the actual collection of the data. This obviates problems with company networks or bus Systems and eases the burden on your IT department.
Communication via GSM in real time
Our LineMetrics Box is always independently online from surrounding networks or other environmental influences. An intranet is not necessary.
A stable bidirectional connection enables both the box and the cloud to talk to each other.
In addition, the built-in quad band SIM Module aids the recording of data worldwide. We already have a communication flat rate for 34 countries.
Intelligent data sampling (1x/second), and the calculation of min/max, and averages over definable periods of time, compress data before it is transmitted to the LineMetrics Cloud.
The box saves digital signal edges locally and transmits the number 1 x per minute.
